Before making a purchase from our online store, we would like to provide you with some essential information regarding our pricing, VAT, and shipping policies.

VAT Exemption: Please note that the prices of our products do not include VAT. Our annual turnover volume allows us to sell products with VAT exemption under Portugal's legislation. This should mean no additional costs for most locations (US and Europe). However, depending on your country's legislation, you may be required to pay VAT or other fees upon import. For example, UK customers should be aware of potential VAT implications following Brexit.

Shipping: Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. This means it can be the next day or, usually, up to 5 days after. We are committed to shipping at least once a week. However, please consider that producing our products requires manual work and extensive manual verification. As such, it is possible that it can take a bit longer in case there is a considerable order volume. We ship worldwide through our national carrier (CTT) using registered small packets mail, so you will have a shipping number to track once your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation & Refund: You may request to cancel your order and receive a refund if your cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with any further clarification. Please take into consideration that it may take up to 10 working days to receive the refund amount into your account.

Returns: We have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your order, without justification, up to 14 days after receiving it. In this case, the buyer has to pay for the shipping costs.
